Capitalism isn't Working

A hurricane is sweeping through the world economy.
It is bringing with it unemployment, poverty and greater world instability.
If most people are doing 'okay' people do not challenge the system ,but recent events have stripped bare the nature of capitalism
This is an era in which shows that war, racism and inequality are not simply one-off events but are structured into a system.
It is pleasing to see that some people are starting to resist, challenge the ideas of free market capitalism and ask the question Is another world possible?
Even previously ultra 'free market' lovers are conceding that there has to be more regulation and control, a long way from socialism but a step in the right direction. Better regulation will only prop up the failed system.

THE ALTERNATIVE
The Socialist Workers Party is holding a rally with some of the best speakers on the left who will be answering the questions: Is there an alternative to the madness of the market? Can socialism replace capitalism? Can we end poverty, racism and injustice?
Come along and take part in the debate about creating a society where the billions come first not the billionaires.
